I'm like reading my friends' blogs almost every week but i'm just too lazy to update mine each week.
Whenever i come in to this site, i just don't know what to write.
Not that i have nothing to update but just don't know where to start.


Sent my phone for servicing since last saturday and finally got it back on friday.
I don't know how i actually survived during the past 6 days.
Can't even whatsapp, surf internet, check emails, facebook, play games, listen to songs and most importantly watching my favourite shows in the phone! Sighs...

Anyway, sometimes i really think that the customer service industry should do something to improve more on their services to serve the customers better. Like seriously...
I understand there are people out there who can be really annoying and nasty sometimes.
And we can't possibly accommodate to all their needs, and nowadays people just like to complain!
Write in to complain, call in to complain, post in forum to complain and make more complaints.
And those kind of situations are just hard to deal with.

But if you can't deliver your promise or commit to what you have promise to your clients/customers, don't reply us by saying "we can't do anything about it.." or "i have no idea about it.."

Geez... that's not professional man...

Oh well.... like what ws always said "up there"
Pardon me, but i really think our customer service in singapore is still not "up there" yet.
Because there are always more room for improvement.
