FIFA World Cup 2014

This upcoming 2014 FIFA World Cup will be the 20th FIFA World Cup!

So this world cup fever is coming back this year 12 June and is taking place in Brasil !
It's been a good 4 years since the last world cup in South Africa.

And everyone is anticipating it!
Though i'm not a world cup fan, but i bet people are going to burn their midnight oil watching it!
Many late nights betting, drinking and watching.
Haha.

So i went to google-ed the Prize Money for the Champion.
And holy shit.
Guess what?

The Champion Team in 2010 walked away with US$30 million!
And this year they increased the prize money!
This year's Champion Team will get to walk away US$32.44 million !

Yes.. you read it !

Wow... that's alot of money okay

Imagined if you convert that to SGD... *drools*

Anyway in case you're wondering, 2010 World Cup Champion's was Spain
Though many people were hoping Germany will win lolll

Let's all sit back and enjoy the shows and see if they could win the title this year

What's so good about instagram?

Until now i still don't really understand.

Believe it or not, i don't own a/an instagram account up till today.
b'coz i don't wish to. 

First, it was friendster, then facebook and now instagram.
Social networking is changing everybody's life.

Everyone is into social networking.
Uploading pictures, updating status messages, liking different posts, adding and deleting people.

I agreed that social sites keep people together, get us updated about news and people around us.
But who really cares about catching up now?
Nobody bothers to remember relatives & friends' birthday b'coz we have FB reminders now
Nobody bothers to email or call for invitation b'coz we have FB invitations now.
Is this what we want?

At least not me.

I'm really really not a social networking frenzy..
I really sucks at social network, b'coz i still prefer telephones, emails and blogs.

And.... i'm low profile lah!
Prefer to stay low, don't wanna have strangers out there to check out my profile and stare at my pictures..
Hahaha.

So peopleeeeee.... please stop asking me to follow or hashtag or like your pictures or sign up one
b'coz i don't wish to.

My mom really wanted to name me that, and I’m sooooooooooo glad she didn’t.

Imagined if she really did, everyone will be calling me “Honey, Honey…” now
LOL!! Eeeew.

That name doesn’t even suit me at all; I’m not even close to be as sweet as honey.
Coz after listing out the fun facts about myself, I realized just how boyish I am compared to other girls.

Sighs, no wonder I have more guy friends than girl friends around me!
LOL.

So anyway, the haze is back again.
Time to stock up herbal tea, honey (not me), N95 masks and other masks at home!
Better get yourself prepared and healthy.
Drink more water and eat more vitamin C!

Hopefully the haze will not get worse!

Hey yo!

Not sure if you guys have noticed that I have been blogging quite often lately.
In case you’re wondering why, actually one of my unspoken resolutions for this year is to be more personal here in my blog. LOL!!

Anyway, I have been going thru some minor and major shit lately lah.
Really feel like giving up, and running away from everything.
How can so many things happen to me at the same time?!
Sigh…

Sometimes I just wondered how I can even managed to put up a brave front and smile to those who had hurt me and still able to joke around to those that I love.

Seriously, I’m really thankful that there’re people out there still willing to stay with me and put up with all my crap. If they’re not there for me, I think I would not be able to hang on till now.

Oh well, so today I’m not going to blog any of my unhappiness shit here.
Instead, I feel that I should blog more about myself to let you folks to get to know me better.

So, I was thinking about some random fun facts about myself to share with everyone..
And I hope y’all will enjoy reading these little facts about me!

Without any further ado, here’s the list:

Fun facts:
1. My mom wanted to name me Honey Tan.
2. I will turn to chocolate ice cream whenever I’m feeling down
3. I only eat dark chocolates
4. I used to be really shy and never talk to anyone, especially people who were my age or older than me.
5. I love watching cartoon & action packed movies.
6. I like to daydream a lot. REALLY A LOT!
7. If I could wear high heels every day, I would. But my style calls for slippers & flat shoes. Lol!
8. I love sashimi and all kinds of fishes.  I can eat it everyday!.
9. I keep my fingernails & toenails short at all the time.
10.I get songs stuck in my head very easily
11.I will set my favorite song on a repeat mode and listen to it for hours.
12.I can’t clean my room unless I am playing music
13.I am very easily distracted and gets lazy pretty fast
14.I prefer to wear men’s perfume than ladies’.
15.You will hardly see me in dresses, skirts or shorts. Again, my style calls for jeans and pants
16.I don’t color my nails, am not a manicure and pedicure freak.
17.I’m not a fan of k-pop & k-dramas.
18.My coffee and tea are usually all without sugar
19.I’m so lazy to put on sun screen and make up. I would rather have more rest than waking up 30mins earlier just to put on full make up to work.
20.I HATE CATS AND CARROTS!

Blah! And that’s all I can think of right now.
If there’s more, I will definitely come back and pen down again.

Hello folks!
My very first short getaway with my friends to Bangkok is so funnnnn!

And I can't believed it ended so fast!

We were only there for 3 days 3 nights, and it's not enough!

Because I didn't get to shop to heart's content! Lol.

Oh well, holiday is never enough for me..and i'm missing Bangkok already!

懒洋洋的星期天

星期天唯一的心愿, 就是懒洋洋地睡到日正当中。

睡到自然醒, 多悠闲!

好久都没有这样了, 星期六晚上和朋友一起看电影, 聊天直到半夜凌晨两点。

大家有说有笑的, 真是幸福。

虽然彼此都不常见面, 可是大家都能滔滔不绝说个不停。

认识这么多年了, 还能保持着友好的关系。

这样的友情, 让我十分珍惜。

如果两个人已经没有了信任，还有可能在一起吗？

要是两个人在一起没有了信任，那你们觉得还会幸福吗？

还不如各自去寻找自己真正的幸福，那样以后过的才会幸福。

如果吵架的时候是冲动的说出分手，一次两次可以不去在意。

但是如果次数多的话，那么说这句话的人的内心深处一定是憋了很久了吧? 他应该是想要分开的。 也许，过了不久可能会后悔。 但是两个人在一起最重要的就是彼此信任， 如果没有了信任，那感情也就没了。

两个彼此不信任的人是没办法维持亲密的长期关系的。

不是吗？

Isn't she beautiful? 

She's so much stronger and prettier than any of us.

 She finds it a hassle to keep her long hair while having her chemotherapy treatments.

Immediately, went to clean shaved it without any hesitation. 

She knows she's beautiful and she is flaunting it!

All lovely ladies out there should be like her too.

Every girl is beautiful in her own way.

Nobody will ever thinks that you're not beautiful in the first place.

 If you don't start loving yourself now, how are you going to convince others.

Is being beautiful all about the looks and slim sexy figures?

No. Is all about your self-confidence. 

This is what I had learnt from her.

Being beautiful It's not all about having long silky smooth hair, flawless complexion and a sexy body.

It's about you feeling good, feeling confident and telling yourself 

"Hey...  I'm such a pretty girl and i ain't a failure.."

I may not have a sexy body, long silky hair or double eyelids etc etc

But I'm thankful for who I am. 

Because this is what my parents had gave me, and I must be proud to show it off to people.

My list can go on and on about my flaws..
Because nobody is perfect in this world.
But... I'm special, unique, and there's only one of ME!

And lastly, I'm proud to say that I'm beautiful too!
